Daniella Keller, JD  - Daniella is an attorney at Overton, Russell, Doerr and Donovan, LLP and serves as the Chair of the local Lawyers Helping Lawyers Program.

She is also a member of the NYSBA Lawyer Assistance Program Committee and will share her experiences with both groups. 

 

David Munro, JD – Dave is retired from practicing law at the Attorney General’s office and from being General Counsel at NYSERDA. 

Dave will be speaking about his study of mindfulness and meditation practice in his retirement and the positive impact on his life.

 

Jami Cotler, PhD – Jami is a professor at Siena College and a licensed yoga instructor.

Jami will be speaking about the research she had done on the positive impact of mindfulness and meditation practice linking this issue back to stress reduction and negative behaviors.

 

Ann Lapinski, JD – Ann is an attorney at the Department of Environmental Conservation.  She is a licensed Yoga Dance instructor and has participated in many programs regarding mindfulness and meditation including one specifically for those who practice law.

Ann will be leading the group in some mindfulness and meditation practices.

 

2 CLE credits available (1 Ethics credit, 1 Law Practice Management credit.)
