**Please note** Attendees must agree to accept one pro bono bankruptcy case from LASNNY.  Attendees with at least three years of experience in bankruptcy may agree to serve as a mentor to a LASNNY volunteer instead.

Now that you’ve filed a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, what are the next steps? Join our bankruptcy panel for the afternoon session as they delve deeper into post-filing considerations by discussing the meeting of creditors, automatic stay, objections, payment plan and discharges. We will also discuss common ethical issues in bankruptcy.
