Join us as we learn about US Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch and the Future of Textualism. The discussion will detail Justice Gorsuch’s emergence as the Court’s strongest proponent of textualism, focusing on two main cases from the term, Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia (Title VII protection for gay and transgender employees) and McGirt v. Oklahoma (tribal status of eastern Oklahoma lands).
