Marquita Jo Rhodes

Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the organization, Ms. Rhodes has directed the 1,200+ member Albany County Bar Association (ACBA) since late 2015. Through the cultivation of over 15+ member committees, she is responsible for the development of strategic initiatives to ensure brand evolution and membership growth. Prior to coming to the ACBA, she held the position of Assistant Director of the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District (BID), assisting in executive strategy and non-profit management, in addition to serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the organization.

Ms. Rhodes holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Regent University and a B.A. from Sweet Briar College. She serves on the New York State Bar Association's Committee for Bar Leaders. An avid hiker, she can usually be found outdoors in the forest with her English Springer Spaniel or in her Capital Roots community garden. 

 


Lindsay Panzica

Lindsay Panzica joined the team as the Member Services Associate for the Albany County Bar Association in 2018. Ms. Panzica focuses on the coordination and development of membership, CLE, media, and event planning. Previously she was a Copywriter/Social Media Specialist for OOMDO, a digital marketing agency based in Albany. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from SUNY Plattsburgh. In her spare time she enjoys Zumba, watching her favorite shows, and reading a good book.

 

Molly Farrell

Molly Farrell joined the Albany County Bar Association in June 2017 as the Lawyer Referral Associate. Through outreach, marketing and public relations strategies, Ms. Farrell works to build a client base for LRS panel attorneys that offers both challenging and rewarding legal experiences within the Capital Region. She takes great pride in her ability to listen to the client’s needs and properly direct them to an appropriate attorney. Molly is a current graduate student at The College of Saint Rose studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling and holds a B.S. in Forensic Psychology from the same institution. In her free time, Molly can often be found walking along trout streams and hiking through the woods with her pitbull in tow.
