Social Media & Legal Ethics CLE

This CLE program reviews recent developments in the way that the law has dealt with online activities, including email and questions related to social media content. It includes brief reviews of the legal ethics implications of party, attorney, juror and judicial online actions, as well as how current technologies are affecting legal practice and civil procedure (including brief reviews of evidentiary and discovery questions). 


This CLE offering includes 1.0 Ethics and 0.5 Professional Practice CLE credits



  1. View the VIDEO, and download the Materials. Make note of the “Embedded Code(s)” that will appear as an annotation during the CLE.
  2. After you watch and have the code(s), purchase the credit here. You will get a .pdf file e-mailed to you that contains the affirmation and the evaluation. Fill out the documents and return to the bar association by mail or email.
  3. When we receive the affirmation, we will mail or email you back the completed credit.
